My first New Zealand 5: Fox Glacier

As soon as TranzAlipine rails was arrived at Greymouth, we hired a car and drove Westland District down to Fox Glacier.

It was wet day all over the West Coast.  When we arrived at Fox Glacier, it was already evening.  We checked-in the accommodation, took dinner, and rested for next day.

Next morning, I got up a little early and took a short walk around the accommodation.  Rain was up and clouds were getting to uncover mountains and glacier,  which thrilled me enough because, we were going to land on the ice for a short hike on the day.

Here are some snapshots out of those I took around the accommodation we stayed.

These photos didn’t catch well, but morning dew made this beautiful landscape more beautiful.

I felt I got some support of Last Quarter (I don’t know why..).

Thank you for stopping by.
