Murmuring on Saturday morning

So, as mentioned you on my previous post, my phone was upgraded to one of those cutting edge.
However, I did not realise initially that my mobile phone plan also have to ‘upgrade’ to something more high in availability along with the hardware.
When i was using iPhone 6, I was subscribing very basic BYO (SIM only) plan with a carrier, which 4GB Data / month, and it was enough.  However, likely because my phone turned to be the one with high spec, more data seemed to have been processed upward / downward, and my limit was reached up to full for the month at its 4th days. 😀
I decided to change something a fair plan however provided by an another carrier, I heavily relied on wifi environment almost entire this week.
In addition, I have got office move past weekend.  The new workplace is ok (or is better than previous office), but due to their strict security policy they lie in networks and internet (which is healthy for the business we do), they restrict accessing many sites including WordPress.  🙂
My last resort, home, kept me hectic all this week for various bits to do to clear off and did not make a time to post a blog at all.
Anyway, I will stop making my excuse, but just wanted to express my thanks to you all for your always support, liking my posts and leaving comments, with my sincere apologies for not responding to sooner or not check your posts.
Yesterday, I got my new SIM with new plan activated.  Now time to start catching up..  🙂

Snapshots of Sydney CBD

…with my new iPhoneXR.

I have upgraded my phone first time in four years.  I quite enjoyed my iPhone 6 but it was getting harder and harder to keep up the software upgrades.

It’s time to farewell.

Thank you iPhone 6 for being my always buddy supporting my everyday life.  You made me easy to connect to the world, and you made me addict sometime too.

Now, here are the random test shots I caught with XR…, I like the outcomes and I will look forward my life with this guy as long as it stands.

Everyday is just sequence of miracles

We leave Bleu and Shiraz ‘home’ while we are at work.  The home is a unit in Sydney suburb and we have been at the place over ten years.  The unit is very old and  the all appliances installed in the unit is old as vintage like museum grade, but because it is at great location, it has drench of natural light coming in, and the price, which is reasonable for the size, I did not try to move to other place.

Anyway, recently apartment building where my friend lives got a fire almost in midnight.  Luckily she carried her boy cat and evacuated fast so they were safe.  Also the origin of the fire was on an opposite side to her unit in the building, so she was exempted the damage to her goods in the house.  I was so relieved to hear that she and her fella managed to evacuate and stayed safe, but the news made me really scared at and quickly start simulating if it happened to us at the premises here.  Then,

But what happens if something wrong took place in the premises while we are out?

……….

It had been an ordinary routine to give them mum kiss and closed the door heading to work.  In the evening I was home and opened the door, then they dashed to me or awaited at the behind the door to welcome me home.  That’s our everyday more or less, I thought, but I was wrong.

I was wrong because this routine was just happening  by a sequence of small miracles and will never be of guarantee life to continue.

There is no solid conclusion we reached after the talk as to what to do for the real emergency (without us), but the fire incident at my friend have me thought and  appreciate the fact that we have been safe and having quality life with Bleu and Shiraz everyday.  I am not devotee individual but still think is worth to thanks to something beyond that lets me go on.

Bleu, Shiraz, I love you xx

At Houston Airport

I arrived at George Bush International Airport a little earlier than the scheduled in the morning.  My next flight to Tucson was supposed to fly off  in 2 hours and 45 minutes.

The reality was that my flight took off 6 hours delay.

The more waiting time gave me more opportunity to stroll the airport terminal to snap them.

I like airport generally.  Airport is quite special place (to me) that produces dynamic movement of people who have various background in origins, crossing at the site for the destinations they head for their various travel purposes. I enjoyed myself at Houston Airport for the same reason.  Announcements in the airport called in both English and Spanish was one of what I did not catch in Sydney Airport and it made me ensure about myself a traveler or a stranger there, which was good.

Anyway, here are some of photos I snapped at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (the hub domestic flights if I understood right).

I felt good vibe throughout the time I was there.
