Arizona beauty

Aerial views of Arizona geography I watched on the fright from Houston to Tucson.

Well, I do not have sufficient / enough vocabulary to describe how beautiful they are, so I will skip to try in here.ย  ๐Ÿ˜‰

They just froze me having my face stuck on the window to look the amazing world spread underneath..

And this is my contribution to this week’s Lens-Artists Challenge #32: Shadows hosted by Tina Schell.

My short trip to the US

I was on 5 days trip to Tucson, Arizona.ย  There is a month long 2019 Tucson Gem Show , the biggest gem show in the world, happening in there, and I caught up with a lady who enlightened me the delight of quartz, minerals and fossils, and the other lady who we called her ‘wise woman’ of aroma oils for therapy.ย  ๐Ÿ™‚

I first flew to Houston and then flew to Tucson.ย  15 and half hours of flight to Houston was plenty time to do watching movies and reading a book (and of course catching up some sleep!).

The itinerary of this trip was ultra short (at least for me), I spent almost 24 hours one way including layover time, andย  I stayed just 2 and half days in Tucson and flew back to Sydney with almost same lengthy time for way back.ย  It certainly may look like crazy or waste of money.

However, to me, it was worth to do as it was really special, awesome, concentrated, intense, great time I had in taking a look all day long at rocks, crystals and fossils gathered from the world.ย  ๐Ÿ™‚

I was a bit too excited during the trip and did not take a lot of photos honestly.. still I would like to share some of which I caught, in some posts..

Curves and Straights

To be honest, this was not photographed recently but was taken in Japan 2 years ago.

My friend and I stayed overnight at the hotel.ย  It was her final night in Japan and my first night there.

It was taken at the balcony of the room we stayed.ย  The skies turned to blush in early morning which was enough for the hint to thrill me to see the sunrise.

Unfortunately the sun seemed to have popped up behind us the hotel building, however, I still enjoyed the view I caught, as lines of curves of the architecture led to Tokyo Bay, lay ahead in the straight line.

This is my (belated) contribution to Tina Schell’s Lens-Artists Challenge #28 – CURVES.

Majestic sky

…that I saw this morning.ย  The world was began in totally grey and heavy and thick clouds, and it suddenly put some pink shades piping the clouds and turned the world to be bright.ย  This dramatic sky lasted only 10 to 20 minutes ( i do not know the exact length, but it is how I felt), and quickly disappeared in heavy and thick blanket of clouds.

I was really lucky to witness this magical sky in the morning, thank you Bleu and Shiraz for banging me to get me out of the bed (for their breakfast..).ย  ๐Ÿ™‚
