…or this guy is on duty patrolling the coastline, perhaps..
This photo is not great because the angle that I caught him stayed at the edge of the cliff, also caught the rock platform in straight line, and it made the his presence assimilated in background. Oh well, I could not help it as there was a fence laid between us and I concluded that I could not train my lens in better position than this.
Also, often my daydreaming head get a mini story in the head, when I catch non-human lives with my eye-balls. Earlier the day before I caught this dragon, I saw the three seagulls at the local beach, and I instantly came up the idea to put them the role as Lifeguard ( please also in here ). They were charmers driving me nuts developing trifle short stories in the head (and I certainly love doing that ;-)).
Thank you for WordPress friends for sharing your views to the photo of the dragon!
I took back to the image and gave it try a bit more edit, which turned to this.
I am happy with this in hue, contrast, and composition. 🙂
This photograph was taken almost a year ago at Freshwater beach, NSW, along to other shots I had taken together with this one.
I caught the path in this photo which led toward a park and cafes, while, I caught it looking toward the beach in the other one.
I had kept this photo just in my drawer because I was not sure if I liked this photo for the composition I did, which, the path was not set in the center of the frame. I remember why I took from this angle because I did not like what I saw on the left in the scene and I wanted to keep it out of the image, and I liked the bright clouds on the top right leading down to the center of the image.
And on top of it, this photo recalled me the lovely morning that I had on that day, which was worth enough to do, loading camera stuff and surf board on a car to drive up to the beach and caught the things with them. It was just before the beach was being packed with people so it was the best time to play at.
Monochrome Madness is the community she hosts for other photographers and audiences who love monochrome / black and white photos. Here gives me a great opportunity and challenges about monochrome images. As it is open community, everyone can participate.
This photograph was one of the earliest shots I released at sunrise photography on Sunday, while the previous photo was taken end of photography time.
I saw twilight along horizon and I was thrilled. Dawn till sunrise is always special for me as it ensures me feel new energy of ‘beginning’, which makes me easy to release anything annoying / negativity that occupies me in the mind and reminds me a new start.
Well, generally I wake up fairly early in the morning and spend a few minutes viewing the sky at balcony (and greet). Being so, seeing the moment of the sun popping up from horizon is somewhat different.
Anyway, here is one for today and I hope this photo is ok to tell about what the serene Sunday morning I felt was like.
