Two boys walked away from a group of people and started talking quietly at a backdoor…

This snapshot was taken at a farmland in Kingston, Otago, New Zealand.  The farmland was open for a 5-days long motor cycle rally when I was there.  The land opened one of barns to the public for ‘Food and rest’ space, where many volunteers grilled BBQs at the front of it and prepared sandwiches and drinks, for the cyclists and event staff, security workers, and audience.  Adults, kids, boys, and girls were crossing, stopping by the only ‘under-roof’ rest area for snacks and chat.

I was on the backside of the barn that was shearing space for sheep.  The boys moved in from the main compartment of the busy rest area.

I thought this candid shot went good and made this my submission to  this week’s ‘Monochrome Madness’ hosted by Leanne Cole.

Monochrome Madness is the community she opens for other photographers and audiences who love monochrome / black and white photos.  Here gives me a great opportunity and challenges about monochrome images.  As it is open community, everyone can participate.
